CMOx, known legally as Solve Bigger Problems, LLC, tracks all affiliate activities with Trackdesk.

We treat lead origination as the most valuable component of our enrollment process. This means that we are eager to reward you for leads that you send our way, which are new in our CRM (meaning they haven’t already been added to our CRM from our own marketing activity).

The referral reward is $500 per-sale of the CMOx Accelerator, payable via PayPal within 30 days after the member pays for their second month. This accounts for our Love-It-Or-Leave-It 30-Day Guarantee period.

The Referral Reward for sales of the Book and related upsells is 95% of sale price.

Once you join the Affiliate Program and are approved, you will be able to generate your own custom tracking links.

Affiliate Agreement for Solve Bigger Problems, LLC

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Solve Bigger Problems, LLC ("Company"), and the undersigned Affiliate ("Affiliate"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Scope of Agreement: The Affiliate shall participate in the Company's Affiliate Program by referring potential clients to the CMOx Accelerator program ("Program") via the Affiliate's unique referral URL. The Affiliate is eligible to earn a referral fee for each referred client that meets the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Referral Fee The Affiliate shall receive a one-time referral fee of $500 ("Referral Fee") for each referred client that:
a. Signs up for the Program using the Affiliate's unique referral URL.
b. Remains enrolled in the Program beyond the 30-day "Love It or Leave It" period.
c. Pays for a second month of the Program.

3. Referral URL The Affiliate must use the URL structure exactly as given by Trackdesk. Do not add or remove any tracking variables.

4. Lead Origination Referral credit will be given based on lead origination. A lead is considered originated by the Affiliate if:
a. The lead is created in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the aforementioned URL variables.
b. The lead did not exist in the Company's CRM prior to the Affiliate's referral.

If a lead exists in the Company's CRM and is subsequently added again with the Affiliate's URL variables, the lead will not be credited to the Affiliate.

5. Payment Terms The Referral Fee will be paid to the Affiliate via PayPal within 30 days following the completion of the second month's payment by the referred client.

6. Marketing Tactics The Affiliate may not use branded keyword terms such as CMOx, Casey Stanton, CMO Exponential, CMOx Accelerator, etc., nor broad keywords such as fractional CMO, outsourced CMO, interim CMO, etc., that display on Google Search results. These are protected keywords, and any leads generated through these means will not qualify for any affiliate payout.

7. Term & Termination This Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either Party. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing the other Party written notice of termination.

8. Modification The Company reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. The Affiliate will be notified of any changes and shall be bound by them, unless the Affiliate terminates this Agreement.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
