Anything that takes you away from what you’re great at only slows you down. If you could do those one or two things every day, what would happen to your revenue? How would your customer’s lives be changed?

Think about Frank Sinatra. If you look at his life, he really did two things: Play and rehearse (and drink, but that’s beside the point!). Once Frank had a level of success, he stopped moving his own piano. He had other people to do that.

In your business, are you still moving your own piano?
